An impactful and eye-opening event shining a light on the hidden harm caused by alcohol consumption. The campaign, "Hidden in Plain Sight," brings together a group of passionate volunteers who have personally experienced the effects of alcohol without fully realizing its impact on themselves and their loved ones. The centre piece of the campaign is a thought-provoking short film created in collaboration with dedicated volunteers. This powerful film was premiered exclusively at Vue Cinema in Preston on the 6th of July, perfectly aligned with Alcohol Awareness Week. Through captivating storytelling and personal narratives, the film sheds light on the hidden harm caused by alcohol and the importance of seeking support.

The event hopes to provide a deeper understanding of the impact of alcohol on individuals and their loved ones but also find out about the resources and support available in the Lancashire area. CGL Inspire aim to foster a supportive community and create an environment where individuals feel empowered to reach out for help and overcome the challenges associated with alcohol use.
